During the satisfaction survey carried out in December 2019 and January 2020, EVA members expressed their contentment with the performance of the Association over the last year.

The satisfaction survey is carried out annually as a measure to help the EVA Secretariat evaluate our level of performance and to ensure our activities effectivity meet the needs of Members. Understanding fully the expectations of Members is important, as the aim of the EVA to provide a strong and single voice for the self-serve coffee, food and beverage as well as PoU industry in Europe.

As a whole EVA Members are particularly pleased with the Market report content, staff performance, communication newsletters, and our event(s). With regards to lobbying activities and effectiveness – while bringing a high level of satisfaction overall – some members felt that the EVA could improve somewhat with more preventive lobbying efforts, due to the expected upcoming dossiers targeting environmental efficiency. Recognising this, the EVA will in Spring host an event in the European Parliament to bring visibility to our sector and highlight new innovations and our policy needs as an industry.

The EVA would like to thank Members for taking the time to respond to the survey in order to express their views, and believe the results will help us improve as an organisation, bring leadership on topical issues,  and ensure our common objectives are met.
