WHAT IS EVEX?

The EVA organises annually the European Vending Experience (EVEX) in collaboration with a national vending association.

While the programme is flexible, EVEX typically combines two days of conferences, networking, cultural activities and a commercial exhibition, as well as the EVA Annual General Assembly meeting. Since the first edition in 2015, EVEX has been held in Malaga, Cannes, Rome, Seville, Milan, Bonn, Bucharest, Cannes and most recently in Split.

EVEX 2025 — A Remarkable Edition in Split

9–12 September 2025 — Le Méridien Lav Hotel, Split, Croatia

EVEX 2025 has successfully concluded, bringing together the European vending & coffee service community for four inspiring days of innovation, networking, and knowledge-sharing in the stunning city of Split.

EVEX 2024

From 16-18 October, Le Forum-EVEX took place in Cannes, France with more than 500 participants – among them 170 operators and 83 exhibitors/sponsors – for a packed 3- day programme.

The record number of participants for an industry event like this came from 26 different countries, giving the event a truly international flavour. The prestigious Carlton Hotel on the French Riviera played a fitting host for the 3 days, with lunches & the first gala dinner in the historic ballroom of the hotel– and coffee breaks directly inside the commercial exhibition.

EVEX 2023

The European Vending Experience was held from 5 to 6 September in Bucharest, Romania in collaboration with the Romanian Vending Association (PRIV).

The first day of the event started with a Cultural Activity – a guided walking tour of Bucharest – and the EVEX Welcome Cocktail reception in the Radisson Blu Hotel.

The second day was dedicated to the commercial exhibition, the EVA General Assembly Meeting. Thereafter, the EVEX Conference: Exploring the Future of Vending & OCS Business took place & was the gateway to an immersive experience where industry leaders and experts explored the latest market trends and consumer behaviour. After each presentation, engaging panel discussions with vending operators took place. Participants shared perspectives, asked important questions, and exchanged views on the presented data and findings. After the lunch, the sponsor speeches took place before the conference programme ended with the Keynote speech: “It is never too late to perform” by Andrei Roșu. In the evening, the Gala Dinner together with an Awards Ceremony was held in the chic TUYA restaurant overlooking a lake.

IN 2022, EVEX TOOK PLACE TWICE

WITH VENDITALIA TRADE SHOW ON 11-14 MAY

EVEX 2022 was organised by the EVA (the European Vending & Coffee Service Association) in cooperation with CONFIDA – Associazione Italiana Distribuzione Automatica (the Italian Vending Association) & Venditalia.

The European Vending Experience returned with a unique format. It took place inside the Venditalia trade show (Milan) from 11 to 14 May in a dedicated zone. The EVEX zone provided 4 days of unique business experiences, with several keynote speeches, conferences and workshops per day. Daily updates on the activities of the EVA as well as the national vending associations were presented as well as detailed information on the vending market across Europe.

WITH A JOINT EVENT IN GERMANY ON 7-9 NOVEMBER

The EVA decided to join forces with the German Vending Association (BDV) to organise another edition of EVEX to offer the industry a further chance to meet, network and learn in 2022 through this unique event format which has proven over the years to be very successful and appreciated by all the market players.

Since the BDV has a similar industry event for its German members, this EVEX edition was branded ‘EVEX-VendCon’, underlining the full cooperation of both the BDV and the EVA.

EVEX-VendCon took place from 7 to 9 November in Bonn – the former capital of West Germany.
