At its last meeting on 17th September in Turin, Italy, the EVA officially welcomed and accepted two new Executive Committee (Board) members.

Stuart Coutts (Executive Chairman of Connect Vending) was officially welcomed to the EVA Board after he was co-opted on the UK Vending Association (AVA) Board unanimously in early September as their EVA representative. EVA Executive Committee Members had already approved his appointment the week prior to the meeting, and as such was officially present at his first EVA EC meeting in Turin.

The second new appointment was of Ron Ek (Group Strategy & Business Development Director at Selecta) who will represent International operators, and replaces his colleague John Lawrie in the EC. Ron is a Finnish national and has carried out his role with Selecta for over 7 years.
