Martin Colston – EVA Market report
Martin Colston is the principle consultant of Colston Consultants, founded in 2014, as an independent strategy and insight consultancy specialising in the Vending industry.
Martin has 30 years’ experience in Vending and the wider Away From Home Hot Beverage industry in the UK, USA, Canada, Japan, China, France and Germany.
In addition to the EVA Market Reports, Martin also produces the annual UK Vending Industry Census for the UK Vending Association, the AVA.
Mike Saltmarsh – Hygiene & Technical advice
Mike Saltmarsh has worked in the food industry for 39 years. He was product development manager for Four Square for 17 years and has been the Chief Executive of Inglehurst Foods for the past 22 years. He is a fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry and the Institute of Food Science and Technology and a Chartered Scientist, and regularly lectures on food safety issues at Birmingham University.
Since 2013 he has been working as a consultant for the EVA. Mike is the principle author of the EVA’s Hygiene Guide for vending, as well as various other management and best practice guides for vending, and also provides technical advice to the EVA on numerous topics including Ecodesign, Flourinated Greeenhouse Gases and energy consumption.
